Sessions are 50 minutes, unless we’ve scheduled a longer session in advance.
Most people start with weekly sessions to build momentum. From there, we adjust based on your goals, schedule, and progress.
Absolutely. Everything you share is kept confidential, with a few legal exceptions related to safety (like risk of harm).
I don’t work directly with insurance, but I can provide a superbill — a detailed receipt — for possible reimbursement through your provider.
